The petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not disposing of the statutory appeal filed by the petitioner dated 14.05.2008 as against the orders passed by the 1st respondent in L.T.R. Case No.4/BCM/2008, dated 15.03.2008, in respect of the property covered by Survey No.121 in an extent of Acres 0.76 cents situated in Bhadrachalam Village and Mandal as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal.

The grievance of the petitioner is that against the order in L.T.R. Case No.4/BCM/2008, dated 15.03.2008, he preferred a statutory appeal before the 2nd respondent on 14.05.2008, but the same is not disposed of.

Having regard to the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the statutory appeal filed by the writ petitioner, against the order in L.T.R. Case No.4/BCM/2008, dated 15.03.2008, if already not disposed of, within twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by affording opportunity of hearing to all concerned. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
