O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in dispossessing the petitioner from house bearing No.15-2-149/2, Ward No.7 in Sy.No.170 situated at Bellampally Basthi, Opp: Government College, Bellampally Town, Mancherial District without notice and without following due process of law, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently to direct the respondents not to interfere with peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the aforesaid house property.

It is the case of the petitioner that he has been allotted house site by the then Revenue Divisional Officer, Bellampally Division, Mancherial and thereafter constructed a house thereon and the 2nd respondent assessed his house to tax and assigned a house number being H.No.15-2-149/2, in Ward No.7, in Survey No.170 situated at Bellampally Town, Mancherial District. He is paying property tax regularly and is in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the said house property. It is the case of the petitioner that on 15.02.2022 the staff of the respondents visited the house of the

petitioner and tried to dispossess him by demolishing the structures of the said house without following the due process of law. According to the petitioner, with the help of neighbours, he obstructed such highhanded action of the respondents.

On instructions, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the respondents will not interfere with the petitioner's possession without following the due process of law. 4.

Taking the above contentions of both the parties into consideration, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents not to interfere or dispossess the petitioner from his property without following the due process of law.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. 6.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
