ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following relief - ".....Issue a Writ, order or orders more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in deducting the crop insurance premium from the crop loans of the petitioners / Members released and be released to the members of the petitioners at the rate of 1% to 12% towards crop insurance premium in the Khariff and Rabi Season 2011 to 2012 as illegal, arbitrary violative of provisions of Constitution of India, Contract Act

and declare that the same as optional and pass...." In as much as the writ petition relates to rebate that is sought to be deducted for the crop year 2011-2012 and considering the fact that pending disposal of the writ petition this Court by order dated 11.08.2011 directed the respondents not to deduct the crop insurance premium from the petitioners/Members, no further orders need to be passed in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs. _____________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J.
