This writ petition was filed alleging interference by the police authorities in the civil disputes between the petitioner and respondents 3 and 4.

However, this Court finds that though the matter was listed for admission in the year 2012, it only underwent three adjournments and notice was not even ordered to the respondents. In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that the issue raised has become stale by passage of time and nothing remains for consideration at this stage.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
