This criminal petition under Sections 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking bail in connection with Crime No.102 of 2015 on the file of Chennur Police Station, Kadapa District registered for the offences under Sections 379, 307, 353, 120(B) r/w 109 IPC and Section 20(1)(c)(x) of A.P. Forest Act, 1967, Rule 3 of A.P. Sandal Wood & Red Sanders Wood Transit Rules, 1967, Sections 29 and 68 of A.P. Forest Act, 1967 r/w 29(4) of A.P. Forest Act, 1967 and Section 3 of PDPP Act and Section 51 of Wild Life Protection Act.

Heard and perused the records.

The petitioner was arrested on 21.09.2015 and since then he is in jail. The only objection raised by the learned Public Prosecutor is that the petitioner is native of Rajasthan. This Court is of the view that by imposing stringent condition, bail can be granted to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioner/accused shall be enlarged on bail on his executing a personal bond for Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees two lakhs only) with one surety for the likesum to the satisfaction of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Chennur.
