Heard the counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (Andhra Pradesh) for respondent nos.1 to 3. 2.

The petitioner's grievance is that complaints lodged by petitioner on 30.07.2015 and 23.06.2016 have not been registered by 3rd respondent.

The learned Government Pleader for Home (Andhra Pradesh), appearing for respondent nos.1 to 3, states that Crime No.150 of 2016 was registered on 31.08.2016 by 3rd respondent against respondent nos.4 and 5.

In view of this submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to commence investigation into the allegations made by petitioner and file a suitable final report before the competent Court expeditiously and in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
