This petition is filed by the petitioner-A15 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.3 of on the file of the Station House Officer, Voletivaripalem Police Station, Prakasam District, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 324, 143, 147, 148 and 149 IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Public Prosecutor representing the State and perused the record.

Having argued for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition. There are specific allegations in the F.I.R. The continuation of investigation is not an abuse of process of law. However, in view of permission sought for by the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
