It is noticed that the impugned order was passed in the month of April, 2022 and more than three years have passed thereafter, but the order of this Court has not been complied with. The contempt case was also filed in the month of October, 2024.

Since the respondent - contemnor has not responded so far even in issuing instructions to the learned Government Pleader, respondent No.3 is directed to be present before this Court along with records, if compliance report is not filed by the next date of hearing.
