HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P. No.17669 OF 2013 ORDER:

The petitioners pray for the following relief: "...Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents 1 to 4, in not considering and disposing of the complaint/representation dated 06-06-2013, as illegal, unjust, arbitrary, contrary to law, void, and consequently the respondents 1 to 4 be directed to consider and dispose of the representation/Complaint of the petitioners dt. 06-06-2013, to conduct proper enquiry, probe, investigation of the Bank records, State Bank of India, PSS Complex, V.Kota Branch, and to initiate necessary legal action against the respondents 5 to 7 in accordance with law, forthwith..."

The complaint dated 06.06.2013 refers to a few serious commissions and omissions in the State Bank of India (branch), PSS Complex, V.Kota Branch, Chittoor District.

On 27.06.2013, the writ petition was admitted and notice ordered to respondents. None of the respondents filed reply till date.

After perusing the record and particularly, taking note of the grievance of petitioners i.e. inaction in disposing of representation, to meet the ends of justice and to adhere to rule of law by the branch officers of 4th respondent, the writ petition is disposed of by this order.

a) The petitioners are given liberty re-submit complaint dated 06.06.2013 by enclosing a copy of this order to respondents 2, 3 and 4 and also the Regional Manager, State Bank of India, Tirupathi and the Station House

Officer, V.Kota for examination and necessary action in this behalf.

b) Respondents are directed to look into the grievance and take necessary action in this behalf.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
