THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.32063 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed with an allegation that though there is no crime registered against the petitioner, the 2nd respondent is directing him to settle the civil disputes with the respondents 3 to 5, and the harassment of the 2nd respondent is unbearable. Learned Government Pleader has placed on record the Written Instructions received from the 2nd respondent-Station House Officer, P.S. Medipally, stating that a complaint was received from the 5th respondent against the petitioner alleging that the petitioner has collected money with a promise to help him for getting a job in Ranga Reddy Courts as Junior Assistant. In view of the complaint made by the 5th respondent a General Diary entry has been made on 15.09.2017 and investigation has been taken up.

In the course of enquiry, 5th respondent also produced his bank statement showing transfer of Rs.48,000/- and also a receipt dated 15.06.2016, issued by the petitioner herein acknowledging the receipt of Rs.50,000/-. In the course of investigation only petitioner was called for enquiry, however, petitioner is not cooperating with the police for further investigation. In the light of the above instructions, except in the process of enquiry, petitioner shall not be unnecessarily troubled in any manner. Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
