HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.1868 of 2019 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash Crime No.95 of 2019 on the file of Mushirabad Police Station, Hyderabad City. Learned Public Prosecutor produced before this Court a letter dated 22.8.2019 addressed to him by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Mushirabad Police Station, Hyderabad City, wherein it is stated that the investigation in the aforesaid crime is completed and charge sheet is filed before the learned XVII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, vide C.C.No.8451 of 2019. In view of the aforesaid letter, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
