Petitioner's grievance is that he had given a representation dt.26.09.2017 to respondents 3 and 4 regarding grant of monetary benefits/notional seniority and service benefits, but the respondents 3 and 4 have not passed any orders thereon.

The Government Pleader for Services appearing for respondents states that the respondents 3 and 4 will dispose of the said representation within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision to the petitioner. 3.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 3 and 4 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dt.26.09.2017 within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
