HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.13580 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus to the respondents in issuing the notice dated 12.04.2016 and subsequent notice to conduct the open auction in allotment of shops situated at Agricultural Marketing Committee Vanti Manmidi, Mulugu Mandal, Medak District, as illegal and arbitrary.

2. At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition. A letter dated 17.08.2016 to that effect is also addressed to the Registrar (Judicial). Permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
