Upon hearing both sides at the admission stage, the following order is passed:

2. Having regard to the fact that the charge sheet is filed and the C.C. is numbered in this matter, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. However, considering the request of the learned counsel for petitioners that some of the petitioners i.e., A1 and A2 are aged persons and further that A2 and A3 are ladies, the personal appearance of the petitioners/A1 to A3 in C.C. No.490 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class (Special Mobile) at Nalgonda, is dispensed with except on the occasions when the trial Court requires their presence.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
