THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9224 OF 2012 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners, who are respondents 1 to 13 before the trial Court, under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in D.V.C. No.3 of 2012 pending on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Darsi, Prakasam District.

Though the learned counsel for the petitioners raised several points, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned proceedings at this stage. Now, the learned counsel for the petitioners confined his argument to the extent of dispensing with the presence of the petitioners before the trial Court.

In the circumstances, the presence of the petitioners before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates so specifically the trial Court insists for their appearance. The petitioners are directed to be represented by a counsel on all hearing dates.

With the above observations, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand closed. ________________________ JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO 07.09.2016 Tsr
