Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC. When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, for redressal of his grievance, petitioner submitted a representation on 16.08.2017 to the third respondent and the same was followed by a reminder dated 28.08.2017 and, according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, no action has been taken on the said representation and the reminder so far. Eventually a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the third respondent to take appropriate action on the said representation and to pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, by fixing some timeframe.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that the said representation, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, would be verified and appropriate action would be taken, strictly in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the third respondent to take appropriate action on the

representation, dated 16.08.2017, and reminder dated 28.08.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving notice to all the stakeholders.
