Learned counsel for the petitioners says that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of WP.No.27686 of 2016 by order, dated 23-08-2016. The same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Registration Department to entertain the documents presented by the petitioners or their vendees for registration, in terms of G.O.Ms.No.279, dated 04-07-2016 and register the same, if the same are in order as per the provisions of Indian Stamps and Registration Act and the Rules made thereunder. However, it is open for the SubRegistrar to verify the genuineness of the pattas granted to the petitioners.
