HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO Writ Petition No.42578 of 2015 PC:(Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Today, once again, Mr. Mohd. Amjad, learned counsel holding for Mr. Gulam Rabbani, Advocate on record for the petitioners seeks further time to deposit the amount as per the order dated 28.3.2016. On last occasion, (18.4.2016), we had made it clear that if the amount as per the order dated 28.3.2016 is not deposited, the writ petition will be dismissed for non-prosecution. Hence, we are not inclined to grant time as prayed. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed.
