THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.7821 of 2015 ORDER:

1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners / A.1 to A.4 in Cr.No.110 of 2015 on the file of the Narayankhed Police Station, Medak District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420 and 120(B) IPC.

2 The learned counsel for the petitioners has filed letter dated 06.11.2015 in the Registry requesting to list the matter before the Court under the caption 'for withdrawal' and a submission to that effect has also been in the Court today. Permission is accorded.

3 Accordingly this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed. __________________________ T. SUNIL CHOWDARY, J.
