Order:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "to issue a writ, order or a direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the

action of the respondents in not permitting the petitioners to catch the fish in their patta lands and interfering with their rights, as being arbitrary, illegal and unreasonable and contrary to the orders of the Government issued in G.O.Ms.No.120, dated 4-101999 and issue a consequential direction to the respondents to accord permission to the petitioners to catch the fish with further direction not to interfere with the petitioners rights of traditional fishing in their patta lands situated at Atapaka Village, Kaikalur Mandal, Krishna District."

At the hearing, Mr.V.Ramesh, learned Counsel representing Mr.P.Laxma Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioners, submitted that they have received oral instructions from the petitioners for withdrawal of the Writ Petition.

The above submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioners is placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.15927 of 2011, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
