This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside Notice bearing No.CEP.11/20-08-09, dated 02-07-2012, of respondent No.1.

Mr.S.Chidambara Sastry, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that as per the written instructions of his client, he is willing to pay the sum

of Rs.6,24,135/- shown to have been due by him as on 14-08-2015, if he is given six weeks' time. The learned Counsel for the respondents submitted that his clients will have no objection to accept this offer.

In the light of the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to pay the sum of Rs.6,25,000/- (rounded off) within six weeks from today, failing which, the respondents shall be free to recover the said sum along with future interest that may have got accrued by invoking the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 and the Rules made thereunder.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 03-08-2012, is vacated and WPMP.No.30324 of 2012, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous. ______________________ (C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy, J) Dt: 3rd September, 2015 LUR
