The issue involved in these writ petitions is one and the same and hence, they are disposed of by this common order. Being aggrieved by the issue of impugned proceedings, dated 28.05.2020, under the signature of the Additional Commissioner (Advt.) Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC), Hyderabad, (the third respondent in W.P. No. 7566 of 2020) in these writ petitions, the present writ petitions are filed.

The present writ petitions are taken up for hearing today, i.e. 04.06.2020, through Video Conferencing.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned standing counsel for the GHMC.

It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for all the parties that, this Court disposed of similar matters in W.P.Nos.7483, 7519 and 7524 of 2020, on 03.06.2020, wherein similar impugned proceedings were challenged and the subject matter in the present writ petitions is squarely covered by the said order.

However, it is brought to the notice of this Court that a copy of the final order passed in the above writ petitions is not yet made available. 6.

For reasons alike as were stated in W.P.Nos.7483, 7519 and 7524 of 2020, dated 03.06.2020, and in terms thereof, these writ petitions are also disposed of.

Registry is directed to append a copy of the order in W.P.Nos. 7483, 7519 and 7524 of 2020, dated 03.06.2020, to this order. 8.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
