On 04-01-2012, this Court passed the following interim order:- "Sri C. Subodh, learned counsel representing Sri O. Manohar Reddy, learned Standing counsel for APCPDCL, takes notice for respondent No.1 and seeks time for filing counter affidavit. Notice to respondent No.2 only.

Post on 13.02.2012.

Pending further orders, respondent No.2 is directed to restore power supply to service connection bearing No.21006-11523 comprised in premises bearing No.15-291000/H/142 (HIG-142, Phase-II), KPHB Colony, Kukatpally, Ranga Reddy District, subject to the petitioner paying the arrears of CC charges if any and continuing to pay consumption charges in future."

Learned counsel appearing for 2nd respondent submits that with the implementation of said order, no further order is necessary. The statement is placed on record.

The writ petition is disposed of by making the interim order as final order. No order as to costs.
