I I It This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, L973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.) by the petitionerAccused to quash the proceedings against them in S.C.No.73 of 2022 pending on the file of the Special Sessions Judge for SC/STs (POA) Act Nalgonda. The offences alleged against them are under Section 504 of Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1) (r) (s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner De facto complainant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. Perused the record.

The learned VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan at Nampally Hyderabad is directed to dispose of S.C.No.73 of 2022, AS expeditiously as possible, within a period of four (06) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.
