The matter pertains to 2014. Except dispensing with the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court, no stay has been granted by this Court and the counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to inform this Court regarding the stage of the trial in the C.C. Hence, the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court is dispensed with till the disposal of the C.C. except on the dates so specifically the trial Court insists for the appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner is directed to be represented by a counsel on all hearing dates.
