This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in trying to recover an amount of Rs.13,364/- from the petitioner's salary in 27 installments @ Rs.500/- vide proceedings dated 20.11.2002 and this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant interim suspension of the impugned orders, vide orders dated 24.12.2002 and this Hon'ble Court observed that this order will not preclude the respondent to conduct regular enquiry against the petitioner. 2.

In view of the interim orders, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition and the same is accordingly closed. 3.
