ORDER

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioners/A1 and A2 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.500 of 2013 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Huzurnagar, Nalgonda District, for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427, 504, 506 r/w.sec.34 IPC, against them.

2. It is alleged in the charge sheet that on 11.07.2013 at 11.00 AM., the petitioners/A1 and A2 have criminally trespassed into the land of the de facto complainant and leveling the said land with a tractor and when the de facto complainant asked them, they abused him in filthy language and threatened him with dire consequences.

3. Admittedly, there is a dispute between the parties regarding some property. Truth or otherwise of the allegations made in the complaint cannot be decided at this stage. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned proceedings. Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
