THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI APPEAL SUIT No.421 of 2007 JUDGMENT:

The learned counsel for the appellants filed a letter, dated 18.01.2018, before the Registry stating that he was instructed by his clients to withdraw this Appeal Suit. A request was also made to post the matter under the caption, 'for withdrawal'. 2.

Hence, the matter came up today under the caption, "For Withdrawal".

Learned counsel for the appellants and the learned counsel for the respondents 7 & 8 are present. Learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw the Appeal Suit. 4.

Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

The Appeal Suit is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.

There shall be no order as to costs.
