HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 5812 OF 2012 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both parties, the present Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
The present Writ Petition came to be filed to declare the action of the first respondent in not issuing pattadar pass books to the petitioners in respect of land admeasuring Ac.0.62 cents in Survey No.12/5 and Ac.1.46 cents in Survey No.15/4 and Ac.0.94 cents in Survey No.15/7 situated in Gadhyaguda Village, Kothaballuguda Panchayath, Arukuvalley Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, as illegal and arbitrary.
At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for revenue placed on record the instructions received from the Tahsildar, Araku valley, dated 14.09.2015, wherein it has been mentioned that pattadar pass books have been issued to the petitioners vide R.C.No.154/2011/A, dated 12.07.2011.
In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the same is accordingly dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall also stand dismissed.
