THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE NO.27 of 2017 ORDER:

Sri D.V. Chalapathi Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner filed a letter dated 07.03.2017, before the Registrar (Judicial), stating that after filing this contempt case the 2nd respondent issued proceedings in No.P9/359(01)/2014-OPD(P), dated 02.03.2017, directing the 3rd respondent to obtain willingness from the petitioner i.e., owner of the hire bus bearing No. AP 29 TA 3266, to operate the bus as per the hire rate fixed by the 2nd respondent and further directed the 3rd respondent to direct the petitioner to withdraw the court case filed by the petitioner, before the respondent Corporation starts operating the petitioner's hire bus for 9th and 10th years vide proceedings dated 02.03.2017. Therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw the contempt case. Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No costs. _____________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J.
