Heard Smt.R.Madhavi Latha, learned counsel for petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for School Education. The Contempt Case is filed complaining disobedience of order dated 20.08.2018 in W.P.No.7915 of 2002. The learned Government Pleader submits that pursuant to the order of this Court, the cases of the petitioners have been considered and rejected vide proceedings dated 22.03.2019. By accepting and placing the submission of the learned Government Pleader on record, the Contempt Case is closed. If the petitioners are aggrieved by the rejection order dated 22.03.2019, they are at liberty to challenge the same.
