HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No.23224 of 2007 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in considering the representation, dated 08.8.2005, of the petitioner in terms of G.O.Ms.No.508, Revenue (Asn.I) Department, dated 20.10.1995 as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Andhra Pradesh). Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner given on 08.8.2005 in terms of G.O.Ms.No.508, Revenue (Asn.I) Department, dated 20.10.1995, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

As a sequel, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
