ORDER

The petitioner has questioned the action of the respondents in leasing out an extent of Ac.180-00 of land situated in Sy.No.273, Madigapuram, Nandigam Mandal, Srikakulam District, in favour of the 4th respondent for mining purposes, on the pretext that members of the petitioner association are not in possession.

The 3rd respondent filed counter-affidavit stating that the lands have been leased out for mining operation in favour of the 4th respondent, and the same is valid upto 2025. The order of allotment of the lands in favour of the 4th respondent has not been challenged.

Now, at the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has reported that the writ petition has become infructuous and needs no adjudication.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
