Heard the counsel for petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Industries for 1st respondent, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondent nos.2 and 3. 2.

The petitioner purchased three sick industrial units in an auction conducted by 4th respondent and these units were given lease by the 3rd respondent through the General Manager, District Industries Centre, Ranga Reddy District, Hyderabad.

On 21.12.2008, petitioner made representation to respondent nos.1 and 2 to consider granting of free-hold rights on plot Nos.6, 7, 8, 30 and 21A of Mini Industrial Estate, Hafeezpet, Hyderabad, which were allotted to petitioner under lease dt.25.01.2008 on payment of the then market value. The petitioner contends that though representations have been submitted to respondent Nos.1 and 2 in that regard but no action has been taken on the petitioner's representation dt.21.12.2008.

The learned Government Pleader for Industries for 1st respondent and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondent nos.2 and 3 states that respondent nos.1 and 2 will dispose of the said representation of petitioner within a period of four (04)

weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate their decision thereon to petitioner. 5.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
