THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE P.NAVEEN RAO W.P.No.7331 of 2019 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents.

2.

The limited grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that though the 4th respondent-Tahsildar vide proceedings dated 20.4.2018 mutated the name of the petitioner in the revenue records in respect of the subject property, but his name is not reflecting in the online revenue record, thereby he is deprived of the benefits and welfare schemes floated by the Government. In this regard, petitioner also made a representation on 10.1.2019. Alleging inaction on the part of the respondents in not disposing of the said representation, this writ petition is filed. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader agreed for disposal of the writ petition with a direction to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 10.1.2019 within a fixed time frame.

4.

In view of the above and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 4th respondentTahsildar to examine the claim of the petitioner as ventilated in the representation dated 10.1.2019 and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
