THE HON' BLE SRI JUSTI CE CHALLA KODANDA RAM W RI T PETI TI ON No.1 3 2 3 1 of 2 0 1 3 ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of the fact that the subject land was sold to third parties, and respondent No.5 had abandoned the very idea of making construction, and further the construction permission has also lapsed, nothing survives in the writ petition and therefore the writ petition has become infructuous. In view of the submissions made, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand dismissed.
