Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P.) appearing for the respondents. 2.

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 28.02.2018, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Somala Police Station, Chittoor District are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home. According to the said instructions, upon receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, an entry was made in the Station General Diary on 27.09.2017. It is also stated that since the complaint appeared to be non-cognizable in nature, a requisition was filed before the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Punganur praying the Court to accord permission to take action on the non-cognizable complaint and the same is pending now.

By recording the above said instructions, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
