THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.1877 OF 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioner/accused No.2 to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.B24 of 2Ol7 on the file of the learned IX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampall-v, T Hyderabad. The offences alleged against the petitioner are under Sections 420, 468 and 471 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code (for shot "IPC").

None appears for the petitioner. Perused the record. 3.

The crime is of the year 2014. The charge sheet was a-lso filed in the year 2O17. No interim orders were passed by this Court when the case was filed in the year 2019. The stage in the trial Court is not known.

I do not find aly reason to keep this Criminal Petition pending.

Accordingly, the Criminal petition is disposed off. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court, in case any cause survives.

Miscellaleous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
