Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that on filing of charge sheet by the Investigating Officer, and on committal the Sessions Division, Ranga Reddy District, assigned S.C.No.79 of 2015 and the case was made over to the Court of the Assistant Sessions Judge, Vikarabad, and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
