THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE (TR) No.574 OF 2017 ORDER:

Learned Government Pleader for Services produced proceedings of the Regional Joint Director of Intermediate Education, Warangal, in compliance with the directions issued by the A.P.A.T. He also informs that the petitioner earlier filed W.P.No.6815 of 2017 seeking implementation of the order, dated 26.04.2016, in O.A.No.5160 of 2015, passed by the A.P.A.T. Upon due consideration of the direction issued by this Court in the above said Writ Petition, proceedings were issued on 13.11.2017 rejecting the case of the petitioner. Aggrieved by the said proceedings, the petitioner filed W.P.No.11303 of 2018 and the same is pending consideration before this Court.

In view of the same, the Contemnors are discharged and the Contempt Case closed.
