HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.No.28364 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents.

2. Petitioner's grievance is that 3rd respondent is obstructing or closing a passage situated towards southern side of the petitioner's property.

3. Learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, states that no steps are being taken for closing the passage to the petitioner's house and that the petitioner's right of entry into her house will not be obstructed.

4. In view of this submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent not to obstruct the passage leading to the petitioner's house situated towards southern side of the petitioner's property. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
