This S.A.M.P. No.556 of 2016 is filed to withdraw the Second Appeal.

Today when the matter came up for hearing, Sri P.S.P.Suresh Kumar, learned counsel for appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Second Appeal. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the S.A.M.P. No.556 of 2016 is ordered. Consequently, the Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this Second Appeal shall stand closed.
