THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N.BALAYOGI Criminal Petition No.5121 of 2011 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in F.I.R. No.61 of 2011 of Bhimavaram Rural Police Station, West Godavari District. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor, across the bar, filed a letter dated 1.3.2018 reporting that the Investigating Officer referred the case in crime No.61 of 2011 as false and filed the final report before the II AJFCM, Bhimavaram on 23.9.2011.

Recording the same, the Criminal Petition is closed. The interim stay granted in Crl.P.M.P. No.5190 of 2011, dated 28.6.2011, is vacated.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
