ORDER:
With the consent of learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the respondents, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.
3. Petitioner claims to be the owner and possessor of house bearing Municipal Nos.13-1-155 and 13-1-156 (old H.No.13/133), Matwada, SNV Road, Warangal. The said property was devolved on her by way of will executed by Smt. Late Nerella Susheelamma. Earlier petitioner made an application for mutating her name in the revenue records. However, the request of the petitioner was not considered since O.S.No.159 of 2004 on the file of Principal Senior Judge, Warangal, pending consideration by the competent authority on the subject property. The said suit was subsequently dismissed. On 20.08.2014, petitioner submitted a fresh representation requesting to mutate her name in the records of municipal corporation. Alleging that so far no orders are passed, this writ petition is instituted.

Having regard to the contention of the petitioner that representation submitted by her on 20.08.2014 is yet to be disposed of, the writ petition is disposed of without expressing any opinion on merits, directing the respondent-corporation to pass orders on the said representation considering the request of the petitioner in accordance with law and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
