Heard the counsel for petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration for 1st respondent, Sri Y. Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel for Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority, for 3rd respondent, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondent nos.2, 4, 5 and 6; and Sri R. Ranganathan, counsel for 7th respondent. 2.

The counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the competent Civil Court for appropriate relief.

Granting liberty as sought, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
