HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Petition No.10254 of 2001 Order: (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) None appears for the petitioner. Mr. B. Devanand, learned Government Pleader for Transport (AP) for the respondents. On 22.5.2001, this Court had granted interim suspension of the impugned order on a condition that the petitioner should deposit 50% of the demanded amount within time frame. It is not clear whether such amount was deposited.

Today, nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner.

With the passage of time, petitioner seems to have lost interest in prosecuting this writ petition further. Hence, we are constrained to dismiss this writ petition for non-prosecution. Order accordingly.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions also stand closed. No costs.
