I.A.No.01 of 2026 (For being mentioned) This Interlocutory application is filed by the petitioner herein to post the mater for being mentioned to clarify/modify the order dated 18.03.2026 by clarifying the Court before which the petitioner has to surrender and file the regular bail application.

Heard.

This Court vide order dated 18.03.2026 disposed of the Criminal petition. However, in 16th line of paragraph 6 of the said order, it is mentioned as "petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court and file regular bail application".

Satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the accompanying affidavit, this application is allowed, and paragraph 6 of the order dated 18.03.2026 is modified by replacing the words "the petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court and file a regular bail application and on filing of such application, the trial Court shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law" with "the petitioner is directed to surrender before the appropriate concerned Court and file a regular bail application, and on filing of such application, the trial Court concerned is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, at the earliest." Registry is directed to issue the modified copy of the order to the above effect.
