THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.31406 OF 2017 O R D E R:

The writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in obstructing and interfering with the repair works undertaken by the petitioner of his houses situated at Sumitra Nagar, Badvel, Y.S.R Kadapa District without registering any crime and without any authority as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home submitted the written instructions received from the Sub Inspector of Police & SHO, Badvel (U) P.S., Y.S.R Kadapa District stating that the representation of the petitioner was endorsed to the Inspector of Police, Badvel Circle by the S.P, Y.S.R Kadapa District vide CCC No.1859 of 2017 dated 22.5.2017, for the purpose of enquiry and necessary action.

Thereupon the Inspector of Police, Badvel Circle, has called both parties for the purpose of enquiry and perused the documents produced by them and found that the matter relates to civil in nature and accordingly, both the petitioner and the complainant were advised to approach the competent civil court and not to cause any law and order problem in the area and all the other allegations of the petitioner are absolutely false and baseless and concocted only for the purpose of filing the present writ petition. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
