HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION NO.6196 OF 2018 ORDER :

Non disposal of CMA No.153/2008 on the file of Additional Agent to the Government, Rampachodavaram, East Godavari District - the 2nd respondent herein, is under the challenge in the present Writ Petition. 2.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that as against the orders passed by the Primary Authority in LTRP No. 9/1999, dated 13.08.1985, the petitioner herein filed the above said CMA No.153/2008 and the said appeal is still pending consideration before the 2nd respondent and no orders have been passed. 3.

It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in view of the non disposal of the said appeal, the petitioner herein is sustaining irreparable loss and hardship.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders in CMA No. 153/2008, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, after giving notice to all the stake holders. There shall be no orders as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
