Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. 2.

Petitioner claims to be entered into an agreement of sale with the owner of land in Sy.Nos.271/A, 271/C & 286/D situated at Enumamula Village and Mandal, Warangal District on different extents of lands vide agreement dated 17.11.2018. The said agreement is valid till 17.05.2019. Before actually registering the deed of conveyance, petitioner intend to have demarcation of lands, so that there would be no further complications in enjoying the property after full sale consideration is paid and sale is concluded. Petitioner made an F-line application on 21.02.2019. In pursuant to the said application, on 16.03.2019, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Warangal Urban, issued notice to conduct survey. But so far no survey is conducted.

No reasons are assigned as to why survey could not be conducted.

However, in view of the elections scheduled, the revenue authorities can not be compelled to conduct survey in view of General Elections to the Indian Parliament. Thus, respondents are directed to take steps for conducting survey after the election schedule is over, in the presence of all the persons whose properties are to be surveyed, by giving advance notice. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two (2)

- 3 - months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is always open to neighbouring land owners to file objections. 5.

With the above observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
